National shipments

Shipping costs in mainland Spain will be FREE for orders over €65, and €3.90 for orders less than this amount. All with shipping in 48-72 hours.

Shipping prices may change throughout the year due to business strategy.

Shipping costs will be free over €65

For the Balearic Islands the shipping cost will be €7.50 and free over €90.

To the Canary Islands the shipping cost will be €15 and there will be no DUA or Customs if the order is less than €150. If it exceeds it, the client will have to pay the DUA and customs at destination.

Orders for the Balearic Islands will take up to 5 days.

Orders with personalization may take 1 or 2 more business days.

In order to deliver on time, the client must provide us with Full Name, correct and complete address, zip code, city, email and telephone number so that the agency can locate the client in case of any problem.

You will receive a notification with the shipment tracking as soon as the agency picks up your order from our warehouse.

International shipments

We ship worldwide. If your country is not in the shipping zones, please write to us at hello@mywanderstore.com.

Our website has adaptation of international prices to be able to adjust shipping prices.

Customs

All orders that carry associated customs costs will be assumed by the client, who must pay them when receiving the order. If you reject the order and the package returns to origin, the logistics costs associated with that order will be subtracted from the refund.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (this applies to orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom).

All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of tax you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

Most countries ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that the seller is responsible for the merchandise arriving safely at its destination; The buyer is responsible for customs taxes.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot tell you the cost as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
