Exchanges and refunds
For exchanges and returns, the customer must return the item to us prior notice by email to email@example.com (shipping and customs costs that may be generated in returns and exchanges will be assumed by the customer). In Peninsular Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands, we offer home collection for a cost of €7. This amount will be subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed.
No changes are made with home pickups. First you will need to collect the product to be returned and place a new order.
In the event of a product defect, MY WANDER STORE will bear the costs associated with changing the product for a new one. But you will not refund them if you see signs of use on the returned product.
The User may return any item purchased through the portal, as long as they are not personalized products and provided that they meet the following conditions:
Art. 102 of Law 3/2014 of March 27 grants the Client the right to return the requested order within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same, prior communication to MY WANDER STORE within that period, with a refund of the price that would have been paid for it.
You can return the purchased item as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with its original packaging and unused.
The entire order must be returned, with all the accessories and original packaging of the products. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer must pay the direct return costs.
In accordance with the law, returns of objects that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in cases of defective merchandise.
If the product is defective, in these 30 days the customer can also choose to replace the product.
Return due to defects produced in transport or shipping error
If the return occurs after this period, or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original MY WANDER STORE packaging, you will not be able to accept your return and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Both the return costs and customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs exceed the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged in the same way as the original payment.
If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly seen, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or is seen, in the same way, an error in the merchandise received, the Client must indicate it on the delivery note, and communicate it to MY WANDER STORE by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, within 48 hours following the receipt of the order to be able to request the return of the product or products affected and with it the substitution for a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it.
Defects produced during transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be reported within the first 24 hours from receipt of the order in the manner indicated above, indicating the order number, damage caused to the product and urging the return of the affected product and with it the substitution for a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it. MY WANDER STORE will examine it and notify you if you have the right to replace it.The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
In these cases, MY WANDER STORE will return the purchase money, within 15 days from receipt of the User's communication requesting the return. This will be done in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
Returns due to tares or factory defects
In the event of a factory defect, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent, with its original packaging and unused.

The User is generally obliged to comply with these General Conditions, if applicable, the Particular Conditions that may be applicable, as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions for use contained therein or on the Web and always act in accordance with the law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, using the diligence appropriate to the nature of the service you enjoy, refraining from using the Web in any way that may prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operation of the same, the goods or rights of MY WANDER STORE, its suppliers, the rest of the Users or in general of any third party.
Specifically, and without this implying any restriction on the obligation assumed by the User in general in accordance with the previous section, the latter undertakes, in the use of the Web, to: (a) Provide truthfully the data provided for registration and to keep it updated, so that it responds, at all times, to your real situation.
Returns on orders outside of Spain
